The 2016 Rolex 24 Hours saw an historic 1-2 finish for Corvette Racing, with eventual GTLM champion Oliver Gavin edging teammate Antonio Garcia in what would turn out to be the closest ever finish in class history. Mobil 1 The Grid spoke to Gavin as he recalls the drama of the race last year, as well as looking ahead to this year’s showdown at Daytona International Speedway.
