Jeff Gordon 0 for 13 at Texas, Gordon would like to put a checkmark at Texas as a track he has won at. Clint Bowyer Showing the fight of a Hendrick driver, Clint is hanging by a thread. Carl Edwards Watch out Texas. The cookie-cutter contender is coming. Kyle Busch “I’m crabby and going to wreck my car.” If Kyle ever matures, he might be a great driver. Tony Stewart This is not the Chase Tony was looking for and Atlanta was not the race he was looking for. Matt Kenseth Matt is on a roll right now, too late for the Chase but a good way to finish the season. Jeff Burton A solid top five and up next, a track Burton wins at. Things are looking up. Martin Truex Jr. Texas will be a good place to get a finish that matches the solid runs that Martin has had. Kurt Busch Should be another top ten in the books after Texas.
