The RacingNation.com Power Rankings tell you who we think will burning up the track in Homestead, the final race of the 2007 season. Feel free to let us know your thoughts, send us an email.

RacingNation.com Power Rankings Jimmie Johnson If there was a Dictionary entry for Chase Dominance, Jimmie’s picture would be there. Matt Kenseth If it wasn’t for Johnson, people would be talking about Matt. Jeff Gordon Is he really giving up or is that what he wants the 48 team to think? Tony Stewart After his best finish in almost two months, can Tony get to victory lane one more time? Kyle Busch Look for Kyle to go for wreckers or checkers in his last Hendrick run. Clint Bowyer Hopefully, for the rest of the field, this season hasn’t been a sophomore slump otherwise, lookout for Bowyer in 2008. Kurt Busch Homestead has been an up and down track for Kurt. Look for a top 5 from him and his teammate. Jeff Burton Look for another top ten at Homestead to finish out 2007. Martin Truex Jr. Again, led a bunch of laps but couldn’t lead that last one. Kevin Harvick Don’t touch his car, he’ll explode! Carl Edwards Ever since he tried to fight Kenseth, he has been on the ropes. Denny Hamlin 10 of the chasers finished in the top 12 at Phoenix. Hamlin and Edwards weren’t part of that group. Greg Biffle Biff has a streak of three wins in a row at Homestead. Will he be the one to keep Johnson from his drive for five? Ryan Newman A top five and Jr’s wreck puts Newman in that coveted 13th place in points. Can he hold on to it? Kasey Kahne How about closing out a horrible season with a top five at Homestead? That is my “it will never happen” prediction of the week.
