3/31/2008 The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads down to Texas this coming weekend. A big shuffle in the top ten after Martinsville could be mixed up again after 500 miles run on the mile and a half track.

The RacingNation.com Power Rankings tells you who we think will be burning up the track. Feel free to let us know your thoughts, send us an email.

RacingNation.com Power Rankings Greg Biffle A mile and a half track will cure the ills from Martinsville. Dale Earnhardt Jr. A victory at Texas would be storybook time as Juniors first win for Rick Hendrick. Jeff Gordon Back in the top 10 after runs up and down the standings at Martinsville. Gordons team was almost perfect, coming up a little short at the end. Kyle Busch Now is the time that we will see how Kyle has matured. How will he handle the setbacks and dealing with NASCAR after the truck race? Carl Edwards Cookie cutter tracks are the perfect meal for Edwards. Kevin Harvick Solid finishes have been the norm for Harvick this year. Still waiting for that dominant race. Jeff Burton Hes the point leader now, but others (#88 and #16) will be challenging. Jimmie Johnson Well, the Martinsville run put him in the top 10. Now it is time to show some consistency. Denny Hamlin Great win. Now lets hope those fuel pickup issues dont reappear when racing returns to banked turns. Tony Stewart Kind of a quiet race at Martinsville for Stewart. Was that the calm before the storm? Matt Kenseth Matt has more top 5 starting spots than finishing positions this year. Texas will allow him to turn the ship around. Clint Bowyer Needs a win to catch up to top of the standings teammates. Bobby Labonte The last couple races were good to hometown drivers, which could bode weel for Bobby at Texas. Kasey Kahne Will the mile and a half magic return? Kasey needs some. Mark Martin A return to the racecar and to Texas could find Mark at the front of the field. Power Rankings from Last Week and Martinsville Result Kyle Busch 38th Greg Biffle 20th Dale Earnhardt Jr. 6th Jeff Gordon 2nd Jimmie Johnson 4th Matt Kenseth 30th Carl Edwards 9th Kevin Harvick 12th Jeff Burton 3rd Denny Hamlin 1st Tony Stewart 5th Clint Bowyer 10th Ryan Newman 19th Bobby Labonte 25th Scott Riggs 41st
